Place is nice, but ‘master’ was incredible terrible, I don’t know his name, but guy with glasses. He even don’t know how to respect his work place around him and client, I come in, and I saw a lot of hairs around his chair and even on it, I thought he will clean it at all, before I gonna sitt down, but he didn’t, he have seen like I tried to remove hairs from chair to get just a little bit comfortable felling, but anyway he didn’t understand that he must to clean his place, there was terrible, I saw like different colors of hairs, it seems like he worked all day like that.. In my opinion this is totally disrespectful for the client and your job. And this is the first thing, second is my hair, I got totally different what I would love to have it, my hairs long and curly, he spend maybe 15 minutes on me, no passion nothing.. just made how he have imagined, not like asked to do.. And I don’t know about others barbers in this shop, but after this experience I NEVER back there and for sure not recommend for anybody

The hot towel shave experience is different than the description on their website…no oil no massage and use electric shaver？？？ Didn’t even shave as clean as I did myself. The guy attitude is good but maybe he need to get lessoned more on shave.

Went to this place 3 times. 2 different barbers. Job is done but I didn’t feel great about my haircut at all. This guys do have decent skills but I have two problems with their work. FIRST – they turn you away from the mirror so you can’t make adjustments if you see them do the wrong thing. Too sad that it became popular in orange county, they just want you in and out of there – when they all done, they turn you back to the mirror and it’s not what you expected! Than you have to make adjustments and you feel extremely lame by telling them to redo work that is already done. SO! Always ask them to keep you facing the mirror at all times! SECOND! Attention to detail is not great. 2 times I came home and had to trim my hair’s because they miss a spot or some random hair’s sticking out here and there. Lesson Numberr two – ask for a small mirror on the end and don’t feel bad to ask them to do a cleaner job if it needs to be done!

I’ve gone here twice now since moving to Laguna Beach and have had the pleasure of both Jayden and Kevin cutting my hair. These guys both take their time and will cut your hair exactly how you tell them. I Would definitely recommend this shop to others, specially if you’re looking for a fade.

Nice atmosphere, great service and the prices are comparable. Great location and street parking available. Usually not that busy during the evening time, that’s when I usually go when Laguna Beach traffic usually dies down.

Extremely dissapointed, these guys don’t listen to you, chopped of my hair when i said i only wanted an inch off. they took like 4 inches off. They are not proffesionals. Seem like they just got out of a cheap hair school. Would not reccomend if you want a proffesional cut.
