You know I just want to say, I called made a appointment waited 1 hour before they ever started on my pedi, then paid 45$ to get calluses removed which I still have. Paid extra for gel. She was done with me in about 15min. Miss 2 toes, had to come back. She said that the gel came off. Gel don’t just come off that’s why I always get gel. Had to take an extra 25min out of my day to come back when I could have been enjoying time my friends. I had 3 friends with me at the time. The people there were really nice I just don’t like that I had to wait an hour to get a pedi. Then have to come back, because 2 toes were not painted.

The first time I had my nails done at Sugarcoat was a great experience. The woman who did my nails was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. She did the dip on my nails, which I had never heard of. When I went back to get a fill in, I was told they had to take everything off and start over. I was charged the full price. When I went to another nail salon, they told me you don’t have to have them completely removed and start all over again. They told me fill ins can be done on nails with the dip powder. I was very disappointed with my second trip there. The attitude of the technician made me feel as if I was doing her a favor by being there. I was made to feel that they are all about the money and not good customer service! I will not be going back there nor will I recommend Sugarcoat to anyone!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Tried to make an appointment for Sunday. Was told that only walk-in service was available that day. Came on Sunday with my daughter and waited for our turn. Out of no where, a couple walks in that the manager knew. Allowed them to cut in front my daughter and I. Then had the audacity to say they had an appointment at 2. Which was clear a lie because Sunday’s are walk-in only? So this is how you treat clients? It’s so sad that lying is ok in your company’s mind.

I popped in for a pedicure and they were able to get me in pretty quick!! I didn’t get a name but the woman who worked on my tootsies was wonderful and my toes look great!! The atmosphere was nice and everyone was so friendly! Thank you!!
