Locs To Lashes Salon & Spa, LLC

Positive: QualityI visited this Salon on yesterday. I set my appointment a little over a month ago. I received text messages to confirm my appointment as well as reminder text. My appointment was at 11am with Krystina, the day of the appointment she sent me a text to say she was running 10 minutes late which i greatly appreciated. When she arrived we started immediately. She talked me through the process on instruction and what I should expect in the up coming months. Krystina also assured me if I had any problems with my locs to let her know and she would correct them herself. I mentioned my concern about my edges and she provided me with some possible solutions to help. She was very professional as were the other two stylist there (Alexis & Marie). I visited this Salon on yesterday. I set my appointment a little over a month ago. I received text messages to confirm my appointment as well as reminder text. My appointment was at 11am with Krystina, the day of the appointment she sent me a text to say she was running 10 minutes late which i greatly appreciated. When she arrived we started immediately. Critical: ProfessionalismIve been to both locations. The prices are a bit high, but i was okay with it as long as they did what i asked and paid for. The stylist i had at the temple hills location was terrible. She stayed on her phone, did not do the style i asked for and i had to go to the other location in waldorf to get the style redone that i wanted. I now only prefer the waldorf location. Ive dealt with 1 other stylist before making Shakia my main stylist when i book appointments. Shakia was professional, she did the styles you asked for, and got you out of the shop happy. I set an appointment to book with Shakia, but she was not available so i decided to go with the owner Krystina Monet. Everything was good for my appointment until I received an email stating my appointment had changed to another time and stylist. The problem I didnt like was the fact she gave my appointment to another stylist instead of calling me to ask if it was okay This is my last time going to locs to lashes. Ive been to both locations. The prices are a bit high, but i was okay with it as long as they did what i asked and paid for. The stylist i had at the temple hills location was terrible. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was getting my hair done there for like 2 years off and on but my last experience there in Sept will be the last! First of all I’ve never gotten in the chair on time from day 1. Always late on getting me in the chair. I got my locs reattached in Sept only for 2 weeks later for 3 of them to slide out! THE OWNER did my reattachments! On top of that she attached every single last loc WRONG! So now my locs are reattached at the wrong end (thin ends) which are causing them to slip out! When I tried to call about it the girl who picked up the phone was sooo rude! I was getting my hair done there for like 2 years off and on but my last experience there in Sept will be the last! First of all I’ve never gotten in the chair on time from day 1. Always late on getting me in the chair. I got my locs reattached in Sept only for 2 weeks later for 3 of them to slide out! THE OWNER did my reattachments! On top of that she attached every single last loc WRONG! So now my locs are reattached at the wrong end (thin ends) which are causing them to slip out!
