This was the worst experience. I paid for a particular pedicure for a friend of mine weeks in advance. During the appointment she had to wait an extra 30 minutes past her appointment to get a seat. Then the pedicure staff asked which one do you want with a very aggressive tone. My friend then called me saying that there was an issue with the appointment. I drove to the salon and I witnessed the manager arguing with the receptionist and the person doing the pedicure in front of all the customers. I asked what is the problem with my friends pedicure. The manager asked what did you pay for, I replied with “why don’t you look at the appointment and not argue infront of all your customers” the receptionist was trying her best to control the situation but the manager was not cooperation. Then finds out, my friend got an infection on her to because of this place. This was the worst salon. I have been to plenty of salons and i have never once seen this.

I have been coming to this salon since they’ve opened and they’re the best, as well as, most sanitary salon’s. I see nasty reviews but you can’t make all the snowflakes happy! Best people and best quality service!! Owner is personable and friendly so be sure to let her know when you do have an issue rather than wait to address online! I got a pedicure and had a good experience here. The lady doing my nails was very nice and did a great job. Such a relaxing experience. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed after she added color that the nail on one of my big toes was noticeably longer than the toe on my other foot.

I have been here twice and both times they did a really good job. My pedicure and manicure looked perfect! They have tons of good colors (both regular polish and gel polish to choose from). The girl at the front desk was super nice.

I’ve been going to joli Nail Salon for almost 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Their customer service is amazing, and the owner puts effort into buying quality products which makes a big difference. The ladies are patient with me when I have wild nail design ideas and I’m always happy with my experience when I leave there. I absolutely adore this nail salon and the staff working there. Great women, lovely atmosphere.
