I had my first massage at this place with April today. My neck & upper back were the tightest they’ve ever been. April took her time & worked through a lot of knots to get down to my deeper layers of muscles in my 90 minute massage. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. She also shared alot of good things I could try at home between my massages to help my muscles. I’d definitely recommend her as a massage therapist.

I’ve finally found my one stop therapy haven! I love they’re not in the business of gently rubbing a bunch of essential oils on you so it seems like you got something substantial out of your treatment. Lauren does fantastic work and she brings on fantastic therapists. Mackenzie listened to me as I explained my problem areas and did an absolutely amazing job addressing them and working them out. I’m so glad to have been referred to Live Oak Health. The rates here are even with the industry standard and better yet, thr work speaks for itself. I was recommended to Shannon Kamine by my Mom who has been seeing her for a few months. I had my first session this past Monday and I cannot express enough how great it was. This is my first time ever getting a massage. The atmosphere Shannon created was very comfortable, she goes over everything with you and even explains what she is doing while she is doing it. Highly knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. What is great is that you tell her your problem issues and she creates a ‘game plan’ and executes that game plan. I highly recommend this place, they have a handful of licenses massage therapist with great bios so that you can make an informed decision on the one you’d like to see.
