Today I had the loveliest experience at this salon. I had purchased a Groupon for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. I had stopped by before my actual appointment to show them my hair and they said because of the many variations of color I had, it would require some additional TLC. I’m glad I did that because I was prepared for a longer visit and I was prepared to pay more.

Went in to ask about hair color and highlights. Was met by Esther who was rude, doesn’t listen to you before you request what you want. She’s a bully and its shame for the other hair dressers who are in the salon. I usually do not write negative reviews, if I don’t like something I go elsewhere, But you Esther need to know that you have to respect ANYONE who comes into your store. Your behavior was shameful and unwarranted. Maybe next time you’ll learn to be polite, listen and ask questions kindly and not be so crass and rude. She clearer doesn’t like dealing with public…..

Always warm and welcoming…ON TIME….best blow outs and color, but besides that, when I needed two professionals to accompany me to my volunteer classroom for the holidays, Evelyn and Esther willingly agreed.
