I don’t usually leave bad reviews, this is actually my first one, but I wasn’t happy with this place. When I called to see if they could take me as a walk-in they said they had time for me. As I arrived there was one person working who had me soak my gel nails for way longer than needed (about 45 minutes) so she could do pedicures for two other people who walked in after me. I was just getting my nails removed and cut so it shouldn’t have taken long and ended up being about an hour and change to get out. She then seemed agitated that I paid with a card and didn’t have cash. I will not be returning.

Lisa is an amazing nail Tech. She is beyond proficient at her craft, in fact one might call her an artist. My wife simply refuses to go any where else for her mani/pedi needs. F.Y.I. she also does amazing eye browse. Definitely worth a visit. Love you Lisa.

No AC just fans and the door was open to outside, it was like a sauna in there not very relaxing as you would expect a salon to be. I Had the dip powder done and it came out very thick and clumpy, not very neatly done seemed rushed even though I was the only one there. Asked if she could file them more even and I had a hard time understanding her reason as to why she couldn’t. Quality and service has gone down since I first started going here a year ago and unfortunately I will not be back.

I have been here several times before and had great results. I had a Pedicure and Manicure a few weeks ago. I’m guessing the girl was new. Never had such a strange experience. She cut the sides of my fingernails and toenails with a cuticle clipper instead of filing them. They were very sore but are finally feeling better. Unfortunately now I am dealing with really bad In Grown Toenails. My polish on Manicure started peeling with 24 hours. It was applied WAY too thick. I will definitely not be going back any more. Lisa, you should make sure your Employees are worthy before hiring them.

I only recently started going to Lisa’s Nails several weeks ago. The first time she seemed very nice. I walked in without an appointment So I continued to go back. How’ever after my 3rd visit one of my acrylic nails came off. I waited until my next scheduled appointment to get it fixed. This past Saturday I had an appointment. It was really busy in there. It took almost 2 hours because she was doing 3 customers at the same time. She did not give me a massage with my pedicure. When I left the nail shop a few of my cuticles hurt because she kept touching them with the tools. It burns. I feel this happens bc she is hurrying. To make matters worse I lost another nail within 24 hours of having my nails done. I went back on Monday to ask her to fix it. Lisa didn’t speak to me at all. She fixed it and then charged me for it. I believe she doesn’t make the acrylic thick enough. I’m very disappointed. I don’t intend on going back. I’ll find a shop where they give massages, take their time on their customers and provide better customer service .
