Here to reiterate everything that has been said below. Worst pedicure of my life. Unsanitary, painful and terrible job. I had to ask them to go back and clean off the dead skin, they cut my nails side ways to remove the dead skin instead of just scraping it off? Drilled my nails 3 times before I asked him to stop. Cut my cuticles. And then three of them surrounded me and began to talk about me in their native language. I never have an issue when people use their native language but when you are clearly talking about me and pointing at me and having a 15mins conversation surrounding me and discussing me, it’s just rude and uncomfortable. It was just a terrible experience and they don’t even try to make it better. I hope this place is a cover up for money laundering because I don’t understand how they could build any clientele.

I went the first time for pedicure and tips. I was cut on my foot while she was using this flat tip to the file.my toe is still hurting 4 weeks later. Sat down to do my tips and got cut again while she was using the same piece. Very unprofessional and unsafe. Never had pain in toes after pedicure until this time. While I was there another young lady was also cut while getting a pedicure. This is horrible. Stop using the tool and take your time. No one wants an infection.

So I normally don’t write reviews but it was such a bad experience it needed to be heard. I went in for a gel pedicure and fill in. The lady that did my pedicure was great but the reason why I gave this two stars was because of the owner of the shop. She did my fill in and ruined my actual nails under the acrylics and shorten my nail without even asking me. She was rushing too, not acknowledging she was running the drill over my cuticles which hurt like hell. Overall the nails are pretty BUT she ruined the integrity of all my nails. Unfortunately, I will not be going back there.

I’ve been going there for a little over a year. I have allowed Lisa to my nails (once and that is enough). She is rough and does not take her time. However, I thoroughly enjoy the time and effort that LANA takes to do both my Mani and pedi. When she is not available, I tend to walk out and come back another time. As long as she is at the shop, I will continue to be a customer.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I went here once when I was young and never went back again until this September because my favorite nail salon was closed. I went again today and it was an awful experience. Lisa did my nails and the gel was rising, she does know not how to apply nail polish. I told her it was bad and she did a different color on top…I came back later for her to take it off because it was horrible. She tried to do my nails again and I exited the salon. I will be getting my money back ASAP because it’s ridiculous.

If I could rate this 0 I would . The only thing saving this place is the 2 men that does good nails . LISA THE STORE OWNER IS HORRIBLE SERVICE ! She literally cuts and scraps up my nails everytime I allow to do them . One time she left in the middle of doing my nails to go upstairs ( because she lives upstairs from the shop ) got dressed up ( put on a dress and heels ) and left the store with her man that was waiting for her . SHE DID NOT PUT POLISH OR GEL ON MY NAILS THAT I PAID FOR . I had to wait for one of the men who was doing someone else’s nails to finish and to just quickly put gel on my nails . I do not like her . I do not recommend any one getting there nails done by her only the men . She also cannot do eyebrows , eyelashes or toes

A hidden gem. Quy (pronounced qw-EE) is the *best* nail technician ever, it shows by the amount of people that go solely for his services. I’ve been getting my nails done from this salon for about 6 months now (after trying numerous salons in the area, about a dozen over the course of 6 years) and this place is the best work (quality materials that last beyond the typical two week mani/pedi) as well as the best price. I’ve had services provided by most of the employees here but for hands (full sets, fills, manicures) my recommendation is to request Quy or David. They both provide spectacular work. For pedicures I recommend Lisa (the owner). Park at shoprite because parking on Palisade Ave is ugh.

Nails are nicely done but I will never go back because the bathroom is very nasty. Toilet bowl has splashes of poop and blood. Eeew I had to run to Chipotle to use the bathroom.

I went to get a gel polish mani and it was too thick. I am humiliated and Lisa is a bad painter. Thank god I got my pedicure done by someone else.
