I have 18 years’ experience in luxury spa, country club, hospitality and wellness environments. A massage is the perfect complimentary therapy to help you de-stress, loosen tight muscles, increase range of motion in joints, increase circulation and uplift your spirits. My massages are customized for each client using long, flowing strokes, stretching, aromatic oils, eastern and western techniques to release areas of restriction in the muscles.

I can not speak highly enough of what Lisa did for me! I was so relaxed after this massage that I slept and am still sleeping (almost 2 weeks out) great. She found knots that I did not even know I had and stretched me out to where I felt like a wet noodle…. this is a good analogy for me! She is very professional and truly understands what you need as she listens to your body. The ambiance in her studio is warm and relaxing. Highly recommend.
