Terrible experience. Went in for a haircut but haircut experience felt rushed. I sat down and clearly explained I wanted layers and a face frame as well as told them the length I wanted to maintain. The stylist reconfirmed I wanted layers while washing my hair but when they appointment was over I wasn’t shown the back of my hair only confirmed that the face frame length was ok. Then was told to go to the front to pay. I though it would be fine since it looked she was cutting hair. When I got home my hair was cut just straight across. I called the following morning to try and get it fixed and spoke with the front desk who told me she’d call back 4-5 hours later I heard nothing and now their phones go straight to voicemail. I spent over 100 on a hair cut that I could of done my self. I’m extremely frustrated and hope no other customers have to go through this. I was expecting the best because the ratings were so high on google but hopefully this will shed some light for the next person trying to book an appointment at a new salon. The salon did call back and told me they confirmed with the stylist that she did give layers. HOW CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I GOT IF YOU ARENT LOOKING AT IT. I’ve attached a picture of my so called layers look right after I got home from the salon and yes my hair was left this frizzy by them. And no they weren’t able to bring me in immediately for the redo that I needed to accommodate the time line I needed they just said sorry. SORRY does nothing for me! They offered me someone else but at this point I felt so offended I wanted nothing more so to with this salon. They told me if I wanted to talk to a manager that I could call back and they could relay the message to them. If you think I should talk to a manager then have the manager call me back himself!
