Tried this place for the first time. Appointments are preferred and be sure to ask in advance for someone that specializes in what you want… I normally do the UVGel and that required a different person but they were Great and switched me to someone new right away. Although they did not have the color I preferred the young lady helped me find a similar color and it turned out Fabulous. Hands and feet were done and the pri e was reasonable considering I had gel polish added to my hands and feet.

Had the pleasure of going to lily’s nail salon. The lady that took care of me was very nice and precise. She was extremely thorough and made sure that everything was perfect. She also gave me a great foot massage. I would highly recommend this place. Everything seems clean and the employees seem very happy to work there.

First time here with my wife (she’s a regular here) and I must say, they do a great job at Manicures and Pedicures (if you get the right person) Overall, great experience. They get real busy during afternoon hours, evenings and especially weekends. Booking appointments is highly recommended!

This place was pretty disappointing in the end. I got my nails done on Saturday: gel mani. By Monday they were snagging, by Tuesday full blown chipped. When l got there, they were pretty busy but got me in a chair within 10 or so minutes. I asked my nail tech to shape my natural nails in the oval style, but he must not be used to anyone asking for any style other than coffin, because all he did was round out the edges and leave the top flat. I figured I’d be flexible and let it slide because it didn’t look terrible, it’s just not what l had originally requested. Then l asked for one nail on each hand to be a certain glitter color, however when he pulled out the bottle the polish was crusty and clumpy. He asked if l wanted a similar alternative, but the alternative he provided wasn’t similar at all, so l forwent it. The worst part is that l spent all that money, tip and everything, just for the nails to look chipped and terrible less than a week later. I can’t even go back to fix it because i live in a different borough, i was in the Bronx for work. If l do find myself needing to get my nails done in the Bronx again, l will not be returning here. Not worth my time.

I had my nail done a day before thanksgiving (REFEIL ) ,a day after one of my nails popped off ,because I was out of state I couldn’t go back that weekend ,after that ,the color took off ,I went back to the salon 5 days after ,the woman in front desk said it’s with appointment only ,and they weren’t busy ,knowing that the day I did it I just waited my turn,she seemed very haughty and doesn’t really care….however I paid 45 $ for a refill plus tip for 2 days

This nail salon was recommend to my sister and I for SNS nails. It’s closer then the one we go to in Yonkers. I would visit again for quick good quality nails however the customer service is lacking.
