How do I start this review. Let me start with the positive. My mail service went as expected. Good service and got the service I wanted and expected. Now for my hair cut. I went in with the intention of getting a long pixie cut with an under cut. I told my stylist I wanted to be able to do cute little styles with rubber bands on the top of my hair. There is no way that is going to happen .By the time my stylist was finished I had nothing that I wanted nor did it look like the picture I looked at. I wish I was able to upload the picture of the hair cut I said I absolutely loved and wanted. I know you are saying why didn’t I say anything. How could I stop the cutting that already took place. I haven’t been to a salon in over 10 years and I will never be going to one again. I don’t like conflict so all I could do when asked if I liked it was to grin and say yes. Well I could have hurt the stylist’s feelings and said I felt like crying but what good was that going to do. My hair was already gone and I could not get it back. Needless to say what’s done is done. But for my stylist who I will not mention her name. You should really do what the customer envisioned not what you think would look best. You just kept cutting and cutting and there was no turning back. For the owner please fix your internet connection for your future customers, it took forever to load so I could pay for my nails

I’ve been getting my hair done by Kim Awender for as long as I can remember and I have never been disappointed. She always bypasses all my expectations and this last visit was my favorite thus far. Her years of experience, skill, and adaptability in meeting all my requests are unlike any other I’ve seen. All the ladies at JD’s Hair Spa are professional, sweet, reasonable, and will leave you looking forward to your next appointment. I 100% recommend this salon and Kim for anyone looking for a stylist.

I moved to Beaumont from Hesperia leaving my hair and nail girls behind. I greatly appreciate this establishment and the amazing customer service. I really struggle giving back to myself. I have had nothing but very magically and replenishing experiences with Jina and Erika. I started seeing Erika after a coworker gifted me with a facial certificate, which was absolutely awakening. I then explored other services and started seeing Jina for hair care. They are both so easy to talk to and have very comforting spirits. Jina very recently gave my daughter her first haircut. She offers ‘Princess Cuts’ that I absolutely recommend for your daughters! My daughter and I really bonded over this experience, I wish I could do all over again! These appointments have been really important for my self care, as a mental health counselor and someone who constantly advocates the importance of making time for yourself… this holds me accountable and gives me an opportunity to unplug from the world so I can truly give back to myself. Jina does an amazing job! Was not disappointed with my daughters hair cut and highlights. She truly lives up to her reviews. Amazing little hidden gem in Banning. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and it was money well spent.
