Been going here for a while, got my nails done last Sunday and they were telling people the wrong wait times. Got to my seat after 15 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes to at least be helped. I showed her a picture of what I wanted ( just simple white stars on my ring finger and they put these stickers on them that you can barely see. Most of my nails have already chipped off, i got SNS and gel top, should last about two weeks, barely got four days out of them.

I’ve never heard of a nail salon that charges an additional $10 to leave your nails long. I think charges are made up as they go. I had my nails done and didn’t have them trimmed down. Not only was I charged an additional $10 for that, I wasn’t notified of the charge at the time, not until check out. This isn’t the first time these issues have happened. But it looks like we need to find a new nail place.

Critical: QualityI had recently gotten acrylics on for the first time in many years at another salon. I stopped by Lily’s to get them taken off as it was more convenient for my location. They not only didn’t soak them but then proceeded to rip them off and charge me 10 dollars for it. As I said before, I hadn’t gotten acrylics in many years so my memory was a little foggy as to if they should soak them. So painful. I had recently gotten acrylics on for the first time in many years at another salon. I stopped by Lily’s to get them taken off as it was more convenient for my location. They not only didn’t soak them but then proceeded to rip them off and charge me 10 dollars for it. awful experience i asked for a painted on star and she gave me a sticker and painted over it and smeared my nail polish i do not recommend this place. it’s the worst place i’ve ever gone to get my nails done

My pedicure was good. My daughters manicure took forever, 1st tech didnt know what she was doing and 4 other people who came after us got done b4 her. We drove 40 min but never again!

Critical: QualityI got my nails done on Saturday 1/23 at your spa. At first I was very pleased with the overall look of the acrylics. However, my right thumb nail has already chipped one day later.
