Located in Huntington, NY (Huntington Village). Our Floatation therapy day spa has 4 float rooms. Floatation Therapy, also know as sensory deprivation is the relaxation practice of lying effortlessly in about ten inches of water mixed with 1,000 lbs of healing Epsom salts for at least 60 minutes (or longer upon request). The water is maintained at room temperature and light and sound are completely removed, separating your senses in a weightless salt-tank that promotes deep relaxation, healing, pain relief, and mindful meditation.

My son and I had the pleasure of visiting LIFT in HUNTINGTON the other day. We had off from school so it was a perfect time for us to relax and catch up on mother/ son fun! I took him to LIFT and he loved it. The business was spotless clean, quiet and relaxing. The two attendees were so warm and professional. It was a wonderful way to start our day off, followed by lunch in the town of Huntington. I live in Rockville Centre but I drive to Huntington because of the great shops and places like Lift. Go- you will LOVE the experience!

I made a reservation on 9/4 /22 and received confirmation of my appointment. I arrived at my appointment and the business was closed. I was very disappointed because I don’t live close. I called the business twice, left a voicemail— and also wrote them a message on their site. I never received a call, text, or email with an explanation or apology. Today 9/20, they charged my card for $59.00, for a service I never received. I just disputed the charge and will be reporting this business. Be careful!

I’ve been to other float places but was eager to try this location because of all the reviews. I visited this location last night. I feel one thing that’s kind of a pain is the location. Because its Huntington Village, you have to hope that you find a decent parking spot nearby that prevents you from getting a parking ticket. I wasn’t that lucky, I had to park a bit far by the Stop & Shop supermarket. When I entered the location I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Manny. I was then told to take off my shoes and sweatshirt. I wasn’t sure about why the sweatshirt needed to come off but insisted I kept it on. After I was given an ipad for float instructions Manny took me to my float room and advised not to leave my clothes on the foor because the floor will flood from the shower. There was no other instructions after that. The float itself was great, the water was perfect. The shower was a bit backwards on turning for hot or cold water and the biggest issue was this place needs serious plumbing support. Once you shower, the entire floor is flooded making it nearly impossible to not get your pants wet while changing. I was hoping that a robe and extra towels would be provided. I will definitely be back, this place just needs a little TLC.

I had an excellent time and first experience! Staff was extremely welcoming. Waiting room was very cozy and comfortable. After a quick shower I went in the float room where I was met with a unique experience. I will have to try it again!! It’s unexplainable. After my float I took a nice hot and refreshing shower, once I showered I was met with a cold glass of filtered water in the waiting room. I went on my way feeling great.!

Great place! I really enjoy doing floats, and this is a very convenient location. The staff is always very kind and welcoming, and it’s extremely clean, and has a calm, inviting atmosphere. I have had two spinal fusion surgeries and floatation therapy helps immensely with my aches and pains.
