Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy sister and I went to get our nails done just now and for my sister she had a horrible experience with Katie!My sister asked for acrylic nails with like a pink tint to them and rhinestones. In the beginning the length wasn’t right and my sister politely said oh I’m sorry I wanted them longer(she showed a picture of exactly how she wanted her nails. Katie just kept saying that’s why I asked you that’s why I asked you very rudely. My sister then said it’s okay just leave them how they are because she wasn’t happy with her work but Katie kept insisting that she fix her nails. Instead of correcting the acrylic she just added another tip on to the nails. They are all different shapes and lengths because she was rushing !!! She had such an attitude !! Even her husband Tim looked disappointed in her work!! What ever you do just don’t go to Katie!Everyone else is fine but not Katie. My sister and I went to get our nails done just now and for my sister she had a horrible experience with Katie!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI always would come but after my last few times I was extremely disappointed and will never come back. First of all my last few trips here my bill was over $100 and the quality of work was low. I asked for dip powder and it was horrible and my cuticles hurt for three days because Katie was in a rush and it showed! Then I got a pedicure and the person doing it kept complaining how small my nails were on my toes and it was horribly done! Then I received a coupon at the beginning of October because it was my birthday. Let me mention my nails would come off after a week a week . I came in a couple of days after my birthday to get my nails filled and get yet another nail replaced and Katie’s husband originally started helping me then transferred me to another older woman and that made me feel bad, so he could help a younger female that looked like him! He never gave my an explanation as to why! Yet he took my money!!! Well, I found another salon that does a much better job and treats me better. I will never come here again.
