Looove Jackie ! She goes above and beyond every service I receive from her. Most of the time I find inspiration photos for what I would like my nails to look like and she does better than my inspiration, and other times I let her have the freedom to choose cause she listens to her clients and knows what they love. I drive an hour for each appointment because of it. I know how hard it is to find an amazing nail tech, so glad to have found her !

I walked in at 6:20pm with a friend and we both decided on pedicures. We both selected the lavender pedicure (which includes a 25 minute foot massage). We were done with all of our services including nail cleaning, trim, painting and all the special lotions/wax treatments by 6:53pm. Everything felt rushed and they were literally putting whatever on wiping it off one by one just so they can say the service was completed. During the pedicure I think a total of 5 minutes was spent “massaging” my feet and that’s being generous.

This is the WORST service I’ve ever gotten. Jackie should be definitely be let go from this establishment because she’s rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She was making me rude comments to me the entire time she was doing my nails. She said “pay me first then I’ll do your nails” and snatched my credit card off the table and ran it w/o asking me if it’s okay. She was talking about me to her other clients in a disrespectful manner. That’s not the worst part! I’m not sure how she got her license but I’ve never seen such poor manicure application! The nail polish kept on coming off no matter how long I sat under the UV light. Then she said “it doesn’t matter if you sit for 10 hours the nail polish will come off anyway because I didn’t pay extra for gel” she charged me $54 for natural nail polish on my hands and feet and I ended up having to come back for her to remove the nail polish off my hands because it was coming off easily. She uses the most cheapest nail polish on purpose so that customers return. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! I’ve never seen someone work in customer service but is disrespectful to their clients. Ugh the worst experience ever, trust me you WILL REGRET IT!

This is just not okay. My daughter brought my 11 year old and 8 year old here to get nails polished. But they ended up with acrylic nails. Who would put nails on kids this young without a parent permission. I would have turned those children around and refused service. Very dissapointed Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been to this place a few times. Every time I’ve gone there the cleaning of the utensils and buffers has always been an issue. I just moved to Plymouth so I’ve been scoping out new places. I’ve tried giving this place a couple chances and today was the last day. I walked out of the store with almost every cuticle bleeding and my nails just looking ruff. Not only that but the same attachments and buffers she used she put right back in the box to use again on the next customer. Which are NOW tainted with my blood. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years and some occasions a cuticle may bleed…but not almost every finger. My nails and skin are crusty and swollen by how rough she was while doing my nails. I don’t know that lady’s name but all I know this company will no longer have my service. I go to Jackie (store manager) every time to get my nails done. She is helpful, quick and one of the best techs there. The pictures are my nails even a week after they were done. Best to make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome too. 5/5

Met a friend here. Started with a pedicure and it started okay. Until the lady I had DUG into my big toe, slid and almost cut me and took a big chunk of toe nail out that did not need to be taken out. Paint job was alright. She was very aggressive with my legs the entire time moving them to her liking and her and the one doing my friends pedicure interrupted many times in the middle of us talking which I thought was super rude. I showed the design I wanted and was told they didn’t have the dried flowers to do it. They sat us about 7 seats away from each other so we weren’t even able to talk while getting our nails done. Everything was rushed. The one who did my nails didn’t make sure any of the lengths were the same. My thumb nails are different shapes. One is way too thin. And my middle fingers are way too short. Once my nails were almost done I was told they DID have the dried flowers. I settled for something I didn’t initially want for something plain and was actually super disappointed when I was told opposite of what I was already told. My nails aren’t hideous but I will not be coming back due to the lack of customer service. Also mainly because of the fact my big toe was swollen and infected after my pedicure. I had a wedding to go to and had to put Neosporin and peroxide on my toe to make sure it didn’t get worse. All in all I would not recommend this nail salon and I have been to quite a few in my life.
