They have so many hairstylists that you may not get the same person twice. I went in and showed a pic of what I wanted, and they did the best they could. However, when I got home and dried my hair, it was uneven. I went back the next week, and they fixed it for free. Like any hair salon, you have to find the hairstylist that works best for you.

I always go to get my haircut to the canyon crest location but today a really rude lady her name Melissa cut my hair and she pulled so bad that I even was afraid of her , she spray water on my face and her attitude was horrible , not going back unfortunately, reporting the incident to the bbb 🙁

I patronized this salon for more than a decade and for years I keep being considerate every time the haircut was unsatisfactory. But yesterday was the worst… a nightmare. I felt betrayed. I felt I lost my hair. I want to let it go but it kept haunting me every time I see myself in the mirror. This is not petty anymore. I came in with long hair almost up to the waist. I think I told the lady to cut it about I thought four inches but she kept repeating 5 to 6 inches and was insisting on 6 inches and I said only five. I said please layer it or do some sort of shaggy style and she said she got it. I gestured that somewhat more than 2 inches below the shoulder . She was lively kept on chatting… only then I realized half way through she has cut it so short that I told her about it. She said it’ll grow. I think she wanted it really short because it was too tedious to cut such long thick coarse hair in the middle of the afternoon. It would have been acceptable had I not have plans for my hair for an event in less than 2 months. And it was not really layered or shaggy …. she just thinned my hair. I would have accepted it if she said that what we do is just cut hair and no styling. If she had done it the way I wanted it I would have given her more tip. The new cost is of $22+ $5 tip that I paid is not worth it. For sure I am not coming back.

I had a great experience at this location. I forgot who served me but she was super sweet and patient with my kid while cutting my hair exactly the way that I wanted. I felt bad because the way my bank account is set up I couldn’t leave a tip. But if I get next time I will definitely make up for it.
