Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhere do I begin? This salon and the owner is amazing. I moved here from Nashville, TN in August 2021. I was anxious because Im very peculiar about my hair and my eyebrows, so finding a person I can feel comfortable with and trust was a worry, I also dabble in coloring my hair which I have not done at this salon yet, but I have no doubt, Mayra will be the woman to do it. Since August,I have gone very 2-3 weeks like clockwork, and always leave feeling the most confident ever. Every visit since the first one I have been greeted and treated so well by Mayra. She honestly is one of my favorite people to visit with. Call it chair therapy or whatever it is but she is so refreshing to talk to and she does her job with such professionalism and heart. I travel all across the world and I have never had so many compliments on my hair and eyebrows as I have since going to the salon. Where do I begin? This salon and the owner is amazing. I moved here from Nashville, TN in August 2021. I was anxious because Im very peculiar about my hair and my eyebrows, so finding a person I can feel comfortable with and trust was a worry, I also dabble in coloring my hair which I have not done at this salon yet, but I have no doubt, Mayra will be the woman to do it. I have curly hair which can be a challenge to cut and style but Mayra exceeded all expectations. She was so kind and walked me through every step of the process, making it absolutely awesome from start to finish. I visited this salon for the first time and Mayra was my stylist… I can’t say enough good things about my experience!! I have curly hair which can be a challenge to cut and style but Mayra exceeded all expectations. She was so kind and walked me through every step of the process, making it absolutely awesome from start to finish. I have finally found my go-to salon and Mayra will have my business from now on.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!You will thank me later.I have done a hair Botox back in November 2021 with Mayra. She did not perform as the other salon places (I have done this procedure before, at least 3 times), usually everyone comb your entire hair and she did not comb my hair entirely (she says she did, but she did not…) she explained that for curly hair is done differently… it was not necessarily a flat iron (but guess what… the cost for the hair Botox is regular price from any other place) and… I believed (silly me!!).The next day… the hair was horrible. Of course it did not work. I called her the next day, she recommend me to wash it and give her a call the following day. so I did… and I also sent her pictures from my hair so she could see that I was not lying. The hair was still horrible and then she scheduled me again to repeat the procedure in December 2021 without explaining me her options via phone. Now… I live 45 min from her salon. So not easy to reach her place. I returned today (Dec 29, 2021) for my appointment. As soon as I get there she says that in order for her to “fix it” using the flat iron she will need to charge me additional for the service. My face was on the floor… I could not believe that she was saying that…So I asked her, but I paid the full price for the hair Botox the first place, now she wanted me to pay additional???Mayra was not professional at all… now I understand why the other professionals have left the salon.She definitely did not want to help a customer to fix/ recovery the issue. She decide to show me her truly professionalism and I have to say… I am glad she did, because I will NEVER RETURN to her salon for her to keep my money for NOTHING. A true professional would work with the customer to make the best way for both parts.Definitely she does not understand about curly hair AT ALL.
