Unprofessional. I spoke with someone for half an hour about my needs on 8/1. Explained where my venue was and what I would need done. The rep told me no problem, just fill out the form and we will get your proposal a few days later. I fill out the questionnaire, wait a few days and receive my proposal. The proposal was blank. I message and say there’s been an error and the proposal is blank. They message and tell me I’ll receive an updated one on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I get an email asking if I still need assistance. I say yes, I still haven’t received my proposal. They email again and confirm my venue address and then tell me that it’s too far they don’t travel that distance and to look locally. Except I WAS told they would travel and they had availability. I called to figure out what was going on. The rep told me she would call or text by the end of the day to figure out why the miscommunication. I didn’t hear from her. I had to email yet again to figure out what was going on. Mistakes happen, but this hasn’t been a very organized or professional experience. I can’t comment on their artistry of course, but I would say beware that they may say one thing and do another.

I have received nail services here several times. The salon is always clean, very sterile and the nail tech is absolutely a joy. I am always greeted with a smile. The salon is very professional and you are treated like royalty.
