Positive: ProfessionalismI got a gel polish manicure on Sunday. By Tuesday my polish began to chip. I went back today to have nails fixed. The tech initially fixed the 3 chiped nails but I asked if she could repaint all. She was not receptive but a different tech told her it was ok and my tech repainted. This is not a bad review. I got a gel polish manicure on Sunday. By Tuesday my polish began to chip. I went back today to have nails fixed. The tech initially fixed the 3 chiped nails but I asked if she could repaint all. She was not receptive but a different tech told her it was ok and my tech repainted. This is not a bad review. I appreciated the professionalism from the staff. We all make mistakes. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI decided at 5 to get my nails done, an hour before they closed. I arrived ten minutes late and rushed to get my nails done. I was worried my sns manicure would be sloppy since I came in so late, but I was very wrong. When I got there the nail tech was very patient and helped me pick out colors to match a picture I had. She did an amazing job and did not rush at all. She paid attention to detail and made sure my nails were right. A lot of salons in Warner Robins will rush during manicures in the process nicking and bumping your fingers multiple times with the file. It did not happen once while I was there. They stayed late, making sure that everyone was satisfied with their service.
