The customer service in this nail salon is the worst ive ever experienced in my life. They need some real training on customer service. The whole time you feel like they are doing you a favor meanwhile the price for everything is so high. They charge you 40$ for regular acrylic filling and they charge you 5$ to fix the shape ( this is a new thing now just to make more money ) if you want a new shape 10$. Its just crazy how expensive this place is and it the same time the nail techs are very rude as well. I am never going back to this place. They made me feel so bad

Happen to be in the shopping center getting a few items and decided I would treat myself to a full set and manicure since the nail shop was open and in close proximity. Walked in since there was no clients or customers. A young lady came to the front as the other nail techs informed her I was at the desk and they proceeded to walk to the back. She asked me what I wanted serviced for and I told her a full set and pedicure. She asked me to wait right there while she went and asked if a nail tech would be available. After about 10 minutes of laughing while she went to go see if someone was available she came back and stated the techs weren’t available and that they were about to leave for the night. I felt instantly irritated and made to feel as though they were not actually closing but that they didn’t want to service me! I would have never walked in if the sign didn’t say open and it’s an HOUR before the shop actually closes. No one said they were closed BEFORE making me stand there for 10 minutes while they giggle and laugh in the back before giving that response. I live in the area and was hoping to find another nail shop closer to home, I won’t ever waste my time coming here EVER again!!!! 0 stars

Rude ladies in there now . Last year , girls who worked left & they were fantastic . I have walked in so many times , not enough people and no time . I finally made an appt today . The elderly lady started doing my pedicure. She didn’t take her time to even do on nail right. When I asked manger , they both had an attitude, then no manicure done . I have waited 11-1:40 . And she said she can’t do manicure too busy .
