I’ve been coming here for a year now. I usually, for the most part, have a very pleasant experience and so I had no reason to complain. Today, I was VERY taken back when my masseuse asked for a tip at the end to put on my card. I said, nah I have cash and I handed her all the cash I had in my wallet which SHOULD be enough. It was $12. My massage was $65. Usually, when I get massages I’ve tipped anywhere from $10-$20 depending on the price and how well they did. I gave this woman $12 which really I didn’t HAVE to give her anything. (And mind you 20% of $65 is $13. So I apologize for being $1 short) That’s the definition of a Tip. Someone does something for you, you give a little extra. Whatever you can afford. Well this woman was SO mad that I gave her $12. Was shaking her head as she charged her card and then proceeded to act like a child when I said “sorry I’m confused is that not enough for you?” She actually shook her head no. I said well thank you, have a great day” she proceeded to ignore me.

Worst massage EVER! First off they switched people half way through without telling me but to be honest I didn’t mind at first. Than the 2nd person picked up the phone and left the room multiple times!!!! Than you can hear all the kids hanging out outside and the noice from next door! These unlicensed people have zero technique, etiquette or able to speak english….DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I hardly ever write a bad review but I didn’t want you to find yourself with complete regret of going to this place.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo I booked a massage for 3 people for 1 hour. They said they can accommodate and even took us in 5 minutes earlier. My husband and I had a couple massage since they offered. It’s seems like the phone guy was called in to massage me. He was pressing on my spine, my back literally hurts now, my sciatica is exacerbated, my skin hurts because his hands were so rough they were basically like pumice rock. So I just asked for him to spend the rest of the hour massage my feet I was so irritated. Then my husband’s massage was being interrupted by the female “masseuse” giving directions to the male masseuse. I do not recommend this place. Great massage and was the right pressure for me. I’ve done the couple massage twice and it’s worth the price. Only Recommendation is when you are massaging people try not to answer the phone. I know that they probably lost business because of the pandemic. However it’s not very relaxing hearing someone on the phone.

I wish I could give zero stars.. Bought a Groupon for a couples massage and thought it would be nice to use it on our anniversary. I made an appointment more than a week in advance. We get there for our massages and said to the woman at the desk that we were here for our appointment for couples massages. She gives us a blank stare, then looks down at her schedule and doesn’t say anything for about 2 minutes until I say “is there a problem?”. She tells us they gave our appointment away to someone else who I assume just walked in and asked for a massage. I told her we had an appointment, why would they just let someone else have it, and not accommodate us? It wasn’t until I told her that I will write a review that she offered to “massage” us, which we declined.

never go here ever. worst massage place i’ve been to in my entire life. they demanded a $10 tip and we couldn’t even understand what they were saying. they ended early and walked out of the room in the middle of the massage. i cant stand this place they’re oil smells. we came a little early and they didn’t know what to do and were in shock. there’s way better massage places never go to this one. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. no wonder why this place was the only spa not booked.

Amazingly good massage for a surprisingly low price. The staff was warm and friendly and the place was very clean in a modern comfortable way. The massage was a pleasure from start to finish that worked out the tension and knots leaving me feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time.

Were in the area today and we went here based on their awesome reviews. Wow do they give a great massage! My friend and I got half hour massages, they use just the right amount of pressure, very clean, friendly, and professional. My friend said it was the best massage he has ever gotten, and he goes quite frequently. Will definitely be coming back!
