Did not let me know that the person who was cutting my son’s hair was still learning. Did not cut it they way I asked. Cut way to short on the back of his head. Has skin irritaion where she cut it really short. I had my little one with me so I could not keep and eye on them. Which I don’t think I had to do that. A bad experience.
