****Update went back today to get a fill and it was the best BEST application I’ve ever had done anywhere. The acrylic is not super thick nor is the gel polish. There was no gel polish around my edges and I didn’t have to file my nails to my liking. LEE did a wonderful job !!!!! And RAYMOND is my go to for the pedicure but everyone is great especially the owner T. They got a loyal customer out of me!*****

EDIT: the fact that they so blatantly blame the customers in their responses is ridiculous. There should not be any blame if they did the job correct the first time around. “Well, you should have asked us to fix it” and “when one nail popped off you could have come in but that was your choice”. These responses for other reviews disgust me. Instead of blaming customers for not being happy with your services, own your mistakes and apologize for once. If they respond to MY review with some kind of BS like that, they can’t say anything because I didn’t have time to have them fixed because graduation was the day after. They shouldn’t have to be fixed anyway!!! They should do it right the FIRST time. Don’t come here. The owner’s replies are extremely immature and juvenile, far from a professional response.

Went in to get st patty nails. Austin did my nails and did a fantastic job for a good price. I wanted to get a clover on my ring finger so Austin asked another technician, Whitney, to do it. This is how it came out . Her attitude was not any better than the clovers. I forgot to ask Austin to do a matte top coat on my dark green nails, so my fiancé asked her to do a matte top coat on my thumb and middle finger on the dark green nails. Instead she put it on my thumb and ring finger. I corrected her and said it was supposed to be on the thumb and middle finger. She put the matte top coat on my middle finger, and didn’t fix the top coat on the ring finger. The receptionist saw I was not happy and asked if someone else could do it. No one could but they offered to take it off, if I’m willing to wait for another technician and we did. Austin fixed them and gave us the money we paid Whitney back. 5 stars belong to Austin and the receptionist. If you can’t do something just say so from the beginning and if you don’t want to do something say so.

Honestly for the $23 price of a regular manicure, it’s not the absolute worst, but it could have been better. The technician pushed back my cuticles but never really got them cleaned up. Once the nail polish was put on she also didn’t really clean it up. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing considering this manicure is $3 more then what I usually pay elsewhere. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I took them and am writing this review less then 5 minutes of walking out the salon.

My only nail salon. I used to go to another and went to that one for years, but after everyone left, so did I. Tyler at Bliss Nail Spa is AMAZING and the only nail tech specialist I’ll see, but thats not because everyone else who works there isn’t also amazing…its because I’ve been seeing Tyler for years at a previous location and I came to this one after he did. ☺️. Bliss Nail Spa is exactly like it’s name…Bliss to visit. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and always taking care of customers from the time we enter the door to the moment we’re leaving. The Spa is always clean, well organized and inviting. I love coming here every single time. Prices are extremely fair and for the quality of work? It’s an absolute steal!

This is not my usual nail salon but I came on a Monday because the one I go to was closed. Big mistake I should have wait! The lady doing my nails first she used the little drill to remove the gel polish and got my shirt and pants all dirty and was blaming it on me then while doing my pedicure one of my toes hurt and she said it was too deep to help me so I asked her to stop the pedicure the main reason is to take the pain away so nothing was done about that and they still charged me for a full manicure and removal of gel pedicure. I don’t recommend them and definitely won’t be going back, I will stick with my regular nail salon. I am so disappointed, this salon used to be good and nice with the previous couple that owned it.

The place is clean and people were friendly enough. The guy serving me did a good job with the cleaning and massage. However, he only applied 1 layer of the coloured polish both on hands and feet, and did not take time to wait until 1 the base coat dries before applying the colour, and didn’t wait until that dries either before applying the top coat. The job feels a bit rushed.

Won’t return. My pedicure service wasn’t pampering nor enjoyable. I was very clear in how I wanted my toe nails shaped and they were not done to my liking. Manager didn’t offer a discount either. Just a “Sorry about that.” Will never return nor recommend this location to anyone.
