Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuethe lady was SOOO RUDE. I went in there to get a full set and pedicure and she charged me $60 just for toes for them to be messed up. 5mins after she finished them I asked her to fix my toe because it was all messed up, so she did and then I looked and my other toe was messed up. So she proceeded to say she won’t fix it because “ i messed it up.” DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Not professional, messy, the value and quality of the service is GARBAGE. Truthfully the worst service I’ve ever received. When asked for a paper of her prices she said she didn’t have any because she knows she over charged me. She also wouldn’t let me get my nails the length I wanted saying they were “ too long”. So she wouldn’t please her client, that’s concerning. I went in there to get a full set and pedicure and she charged me $60 just for toes for them to be messed up. 5mins after she finished them I asked her to fix my toe because it was all messed up, so she did and then I looked and my other toe was messed up. Critical: QualityHorrible experience.. I went here for my eyebrows and they burned both of them. Owner was rude, didn’t have her mask on when she started, and dragged me out into the salon by the hand to ask customers if I was burnt. Not cool. Clearly, it was. I have photographs to prove this. Horrible experience.. I went here for my eyebrows and they burned both of them. Owner was rude, didn’t have her mask on when she started, and dragged me out into the salon by the hand to ask customers if I was burnt. Not cool. Clearly, it was. I have photographs to prove this. I’m never the person to leave any type of review besides for an awesome experience but this was ROUGH just a warning!!
