Wendy, best therapy massage ever! I have tight legs and hips. I run 5x a week and go to the gym 4x. She is saving my joints from aches… very firm and careful. I come in feeling tight and I always fall asleep at the end feeling relaxed. I wish I lived closer, i would go the 2x a week for fitness maintenance. U have to try and you wont regret!
