Excellent, the best! I have lived in Columbus and Cleveland – I’ve been to many different Spas I’ve even been to plastic surgeons for my Botox, Lee’s Studio has given me my best results. I explained to the doctor what I wanted, he mapped out my injection sites and and my results were exact. Many doctors use a “text book” map for the forehead and glabella but the doctor tailored my injections to my face. I drive from Marietta so it’s a bit of a distance, but worth every minute of it.

Lee’s Studio is such a clean, elegant and beautiful place! The staff is 100% professional and very nice!! Brittany Mason is amazing!! She sit down with me for 25 minutes and did not rush me at all while helping me decide what I truly wanted to do to my hair! I wanted a drastic change and she gave me her thoughts and ideas while asking my opinions! She is so knowledgeable in the current hair products and up to date styles and colors! My experience at Lee’s Studio was unfortunately, not pleasant. The studio was clean and extremely nice. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. But, I bought a coupon book for a fundraiser and it had a Lee’s Studio coupon in it. When the employee that was going to do the service saw the coupon, she became disrespectful, rolled her eyes, made a loud huffing sound and told me to make an appointment next time I come there. ( The coupons stated, Walk -ins Welcome) I was not asking for anything for free, I paid for the fundraiser book. Maybe the next time, the coupon should say, please make an appointment.

My first professional facial ever ! Marianne is amazing !! She is exceptionally good at what she does . I have NEVER had such a relaxing , wonderful service at a spa like this. I’ve had other services elsewhere and never felt like it was worth the money. I felt soooo much better afterwards and never got pressured into buying anything !! I literally felt like I glowed !! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAfter many months hoping this could be resolved by believing that they would stand by the professionalism they say they have it has not. I have had canceled appointments been lied to multiple times that they were going to fix the problem with nothing happening. It was always one reason after another as to why they wouldn’t. Also told me that they had hired a girl to fix it & now when I call there is no such girl coming. I had called & called to ask for a reply as to have the problem fixed. If they couldn’t provide the service than give me the money I shelled out to have it done right.
