Critical: QualityDONT GO HERE. Everything was fine and the staff was nice but the girl doing my nails was constantly taking phone calls and very unfocused when doing my nails. DONT GO HERE. Everything was fine and the staff was nice but the girl doing my nails was constantly taking phone calls and very unfocused when doing my nails. She rushed through them. Also the corners of my skin around my nail was being trimmed with trimmers which was unnecessary my skin isn’t very dry around my nails. Didn’t use any cuticle oil when pushing my cuticles back. Had a gel manicure 6 days ago here. I will say the lady who did my nails was nice though my nails are already chipping at the tips. Also the corners of my skin around my nail was being trimmed with trimmers which was unnecessary my skin isn’t very dry around my nails. Didn’t use any cuticle oil when pushing my cuticles back. My first time getting my nails done here. I had a great experience. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They have a variety of drinks to choose from and the place is very clean. I felt like it was price well for the quality of product/service provided. I will definitely be going back in the future. They also give a discount if you pay in cash.

Cristie did my pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was the very best one I’ve ever had. She took her time to provide a spa-like service. She was personable, soft-spoken and gentle. I had a problem with the $40 gel manicure… nails look beautiful. Cuticles were done nicely. But, there was no massaging of the hands and wrists…a quick lotion rub after nails completed. That was far too much money.

Paid $75 for this set and it was overall just eh. They reuse nail files and file bands, which is extremely unsanitary (and I’m pretty sure illegal?) because these cannot be disinfected. The shape of my nails were not great, the French tip is not even at all and looks different on every finger. My friend got a small black hair in her nails in the paint and cannot get it out.

Just disappointed for $155. And left a tip. Toes weren’t dry. Looks like my niece made the skull. She’s 7. Bottom pic just the skull I wanted on black nail all others were to be white. Won’t return. Stated if It couldn’t be done it was ok. I had a back set picked. Assured it could be. Wrong. Bottom pick is the skull I wanted.
