Horrible!! Had me wait 1 hour 30 mins to get a fill in when my appointment was at 1pm then I had power coating on my nails she said she had to put gel on top .. never coming here again

I went here for the 1st time and I will NEVER go back. I just moved from WF and I wanted to give my business to the city in which I reside. BIG mistake. I had a pedicure, dip powder & eyelash extensions done. Total time I was there including wait time was 3 more than 3 hours. The pedicure was satisfactory…No complaints. The technician doing my nails didn’t want to wrap them in foil. I had beautiful natural nails that she destroyed. I had to cut them off and start all over. It looks like I had false tips put on & removed. She used a drill on the nails which I asked her not to do. The dip powder lasted 2 days before it cracked, chipped and broke. On top of that she spilled half a bottle of acetone on me and my Brand new GUCCI purse (1st time carrying). My eyelash extensions lasted 14 hours. The next morning one lash was completely gone!!!!! $135 totally wasted ( not including the tip). I’m so upset that I have to start growing my nails again from nibbles!

These people are the rudest people in town!!!! I went to get my nails done on Friday and I waited for an hour just to be told to sit in a chair and be ran out of it for Mike to do a lady’s nails that came in behind me. Then the owner Nancy wound up taking another lady that came in after me!!! And she tells me that I would have to wait and go next!!! And neither one of these women had appointments cause per Nancy ” they dont make appointments “…. I’m not sure why they didn’t want to do my nails because I FAITHFULLY TIP THEM ON TOP OF PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI absolutely love going and letting Mike do my nails. He is very gentle, and normally I let him do what he wants I just pick out the colors. I want let them others touch my hands and I’ve let a few of them try before I let Mike do them and I won’t see anyone else but Mike now. The reason I started going was because where I was going and letting do my nails the lady stopped working there and I was looking for someone else and I found him. I always tip him pretty good as well. He is very good. Now if I could just find one that’s good with feet… ♀️ The guy that has done them 2 times before I can’t let him do them anymore because he just doesn’t know how to Paint toe nails at all. Then one time I let a lady do them and she hurt my toes by trimming them I guess both of my big toes got infected and hurt for like 2 months. So now I just got to find one to do my feet and I’ll be set. But as far as finger nails YES MIKE IS ON POINT!
