i’m so disappointed. I have been here three times now… everyone is really nice and accommodating, but I had 3 nails break a week after my first acrylic fill, and after my second one a nail ripped completely off and bled a ton. when I went back to get it fixed I got in quickly and was not charged, but the shape was completely different so I ended up needing to fix it at home anyway. also no base coat was used so my second time so won’t be surprised if these peel in a week. 🙁 sad!

I asked for design on my gel nails and I received bumpy thick nails and a hearty price tag for a Scottsdale salon $75. I would never return to this salon. The nails tech even told me she is starting her own salon who tells customers this. I own a business and I think this is very unprofessional. Jenny took such good care of me! I haven’t gotten my nails done since I’ve been pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable and hydrated lol On top of that she did an amazing job on my deep French tip! I also got a pedicure by Dawn the other day and it came out amazing as well. These ladies know are great! I’ve been here multiple times but the last two times were really amazing!
