Critical: Punctuality, QualityShe was very kind and braids extremely fast. We texted to confirm the appointment and I stated the size of the braids I wanted. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. She was doing someone else’s hair for 30-45 minutes into my appointment. She made the parts a good size but the braids itself was too big. I got my hair done a little over 2 weeks ago and 2 of my braids fell out and my roots are fuzzy.Update: I went back to compromise with her, I had to wait an additional month because SHE WENT ON VACATION. So I was unable to see when this happened. So I say I text her and got no response. Showed her I text her and she had excuses about the hair I used and that me waiting 2 weeks was too long. In my defense she left to another country DAYS AFTER doing my hair and didn’t return til a month after. Also, who anticipates their hair being fuzzy and messy TWO WEEKS AFTER. She was very kind and braids extremely fast. We texted to confirm the appointment and I stated the size of the braids I wanted. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment.
