Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am a returning customer, at least I was: I scheduled an appointment via their on-line portal, Schedulicity. I received an email confirming the appointment. A little while later I received a text from the stylist, saying that she wasn’t available at the scheduled time. (Keeping the on-line appointment scheduler updated is a suggestion). She asked when I was available and she’d get me scheduled. I responded with my availability, she responded with an appointment option, which I happily accepted, as it was sooner than the appointment I had initially booked. The appointment was for 5:30pm the following day. I received 2 emails from Schedulicity, 1 confirming the cancellation of the first appointment and a second email confirming the re-scheduled appointment. (The services requested had been changed, but I corrected that via a text). I left my office a bit early to assure I’d be on time. I arrived at Kerizma at 5:25pm and the shop was dark and closed up for the night. I spoke with a man in the adjoining barbershop, who said “…they had closed and gone a while ago…”I checked to see if I’d missed a text, phone call or email……nothing. So I left about 5:35pm.
