Critical: QualityI went in to get “Acrylic nails” with my friend because we finally were able to have a girls day. I was very excited because I don’t always treat myself. I told them what I wanted. When they asked me what shape I said almond and they told me no. (Who tells someone No you can’t chose what you want with your nails!?) so I had to choose between round or square for some reason. I can’t even say I had gotten acrylics bc it just looked like I just painted my nails and called it good. The paint isn’t even on the sides of my nails. I have cuticles that have been scraped so bad they scabbed. I was being nice because my friend we loving her nails. Then when I called later and said this isn’t right they pretty much said to bad “it’s already been done” nothing they can do now. I’ve never had such awful service before at a nail salon. I went in to get “Acrylic nails” with my friend because we finally were able to have a girls day. I was very excited because I don’t always treat myself. I told them what I wanted. Critical: Professionalism, ValueOne of the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever received. It was so thick it looked like there were two sets on and ALL my nails were different lengths. One was so short it was literally cut to the tip of my finger. The person who was doing my nails would NOT listen to my requests and just did what he wanted. One of the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever received. It was so thick it looked like there were two sets on and ALL my nails were different lengths. One was so short it was literally cut to the tip of my finger. The person who was doing my nails would NOT listen to my requests and just did what he wanted. The female does not take her time painting your nails, I have multiple bubbles and the male has cut me with the drill every single time i’ve been here. never once have I had a good experience.Service: Manicure
