I rarely leave poor reviews because I understand that the world is shorthanded right now and I understand the supply and demand is not there so I rarely leave bad reviews. But whenever I’m paying the same price for a fill at one shop that I paid a for a full set with custom color and a cuticle service at another shop I’m definitely going to leave a review that is taking advantage. AND they’re Crooked!! They actually quoted me $130 for what I wanted and I decided just to go with a fill and color. In my opinion this place is a rip off

I called to ask about an appointment and was told I could come right away. That was great for me. When I arrived, there were only a couple of other customers so I was seated immediately. A new employee named August was assigned to take care of me. She did a wonderful job! The whole place is clean and pleasant. Before I left, the place was starting to fill up. I will definitely go back.

I and my sister have been clients of Kim for years. However. It has been made clear that unless we come every two weeks she would not being doing our nails ” as well, making them last too long”. I put up with ALWAYS waiting even when I had appointment. But I refuse to pay someone to threaten me in english and laugh at me in Vietnamese. This is NOT customer service.

Critical: ValueI’ve been using Le Nails for years. The pedicure I received was below standard. And the prices have increased. My nails weren’t taken care of. Cuticles not even touched and no moisturizer. Seems like they were more interested in the add on’s like messages and “hot rock” procedures than my actual nails. BTW, the rocks and towels weren’t even hot so don’t bother. When I asked about my service, they argued with me.
