Came here because the reviews were good. I desperately needed a pedicure and my eyebrows done. I get serviced immediately for eyebrows. My head was hyperextended the entire time. Never had to sit in an uncomfortable position like this to get my eyebrows done. I looked in the mirror and he changed the entire shape of my eyebrows and thinned them out. I said something to him. He offered to fix them. I said no because he already thinned them all the way, anything else would make it worse. I don’t have super thick eyebrows, but they are thick enough and I always have an arch above my scar. He kept mentioning my scar. I let him know my arch is above the scar and all he had to do was clean my eyebrows, not reshape them. A clean up is quite simple. I really shouldn’t have had to pay. I paid the $10 and left.

Went in today for a full set acrylic and get my eyebrows done, my niece wanted a manicure and pedicure they skipped right over us and took in the people who got there after us. Actually they skipped over 5 of us who was sitting in there for over an hour already. Horrible experience I will not recommend to anyone also slow service.

My experience here 5/9/18 was beyond disrespectful and horrible. I asked for a full set. During installation of acrylic, my nail was not completely secured. I asked to have it done over with giving her the option of getting paid more. The technician told me she was not going to do it over. I specified that I was unhappy with the work on my finger and it wasn’t fair to me as a customer to settle. She then called over an employee and spoke their language. He argued. And argued. I said once again, I don’t like the way that it looks. He therefore, told me to get out twice, after expressing to him that money wasn’t an issue. I just wanted customer satisfaction. He says that YALL PEOPLE DON’T WANT TO PAY!! The technician said she would take all my nails off with no returned service. I proceeded to let her clip the nails. However, during this process she was pulling and twisting unnecessarily. I didn’t want her to do the process of removing the nail due to roughness. She wanted $13 out of the conclusion. I just wanted one simple nail done right. She wanted money and didn’t care how I felt. When I left, no coins were collected from me. There was no compromise/customer service. I rate this place on a scale 1-10 and I give it a -345,000. With that being said, I will take my hands and my money elsewhere and I will always have the attitude of ” I AM BLACK, I WILL NOT SETTLE, AND I KNOW MY WORTH. Mother’s Day is approaching, my nails will be done, with Le Nails dismissed. I refuse disrespect and will spend my coins elsewhere.

The two star is for the person that does the eyebrows now as for my nails & pedicure I wish I could give 0 stars I set there for 3 1/2 hours waiting when there supposedly been two ppl ahead of me nail on right hand done correctly but on left hand half polished & the shaping of nails isn’t even on neither hands ♀ & my pedicure was the worst I ever encounter in my life it cost $30 For 10 to 15 minutes & my feets looked like they hadn’t even been touched at all skin was still on them It cost me $80 & to be honest the only person that deserved to only be paid is the gentleman that does the eyebrows

When they do my nails it looks absolutely amazing most of the time but I’ve been skipped twice in on visit and waited 2 hours to get my nails done and then the nails broke so easily and half of them broke in 6 days.
