Critical: Quality, ValueI’m pretty disappointed with my results coming here. I don’t know the name of who did my nails, but first I was planning on getting oval shaped French tip nails with different shades of pink. And the total was $100 including a basic pedicure. I ended up changing it to square shape and she still charged me $100. My paint on my toes chipped the next day. And the shades of pink of my ring finger is fading. The shape of the nails are a little wonky. Their point system is great but I don’t think I’ll ever go there again, bc of the high price and low quality nails I have now. It’s been 5 days and they are looking a little more rough than they did before. I’m pretty disappointed with my results coming here. I don’t know the name of who did my nails, but first I was planning on getting oval shaped French tip nails with different shades of pink. And the total was $100 including a basic pedicure. I ended up changing it to square shape and she still charged me $100. My paint on my toes chipped the next day. And the shades of pink of my ring finger is fading. The shape of the nails are a little wonky. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalked in and hardly any workers wanted us to come back 2 hours later but then someone I guess decided they could do it so we sat down and had pedicures it was okay but then it came time for my nails I showed a picture of grey nails with a design she proceeded to put this ugly greenish color and when I said something she grabbed the grey and continued to put it on top of the green instead of taking it off the nails were not smooth and looked like she had no idea what she was doing she was mad that I asked her to redo my hand and even make sure they were even with my other hand they were all different sizes. The front desk little girl was talking to her bf or whatever on the phone the whole time not professional at all I was cut several times on my fingers never have had a problem first time there and never going back.
