Had a 10am appt. received a call at 9am asking to push appt back to 1030am. I have a busy morning but I just pushed my morning back 30 minutes no prob. I arrived at 1030 just so they can tell me they cannot service me due a plumbing issue…..it was a huge inconvenience to the customer which I think could have been avoided had they had the common courtesy to inform me earlier. They were able to call me to push my appt back so a call would have been nice to cancel it.

Jissel cut my hair and my daughters. She did an amazing job. She’s so warm and friendly. She really takes her time and listens to what you want. The salon is very inviting and modern. Everyone smiled and just made you feel so welcome. Jissel made me love my hair again. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!!

I get my hair done by Nichol McCall, who consistently does a fantastic job on my hair. I’ve gotten my hair highlighted and also dyed by her, and it always looks the way I picture it. She’s AWESOME! Lavish Salon is really nice too, the atmosphere is very modern and upscale and they really do lavish you 🙂 with complimentary wine/beer! No other place/hairstylist compares! 😀

I have been getting my MALE hair styled with Amy for over two years now. She is consistent, listens to the changes I want to make (if there is any), and gives a great head massage when I get my hair styled. Go with the Shampoo/cut and you will not be let down whatsoever. She is always okay with moving appointments, and I can usually book within a week for the cut & style. SHe gives great advice on hair products, and had almost cured my dry scalp!!! Sal has been my stylist for over 10 years and I have followed him everywhere he goes… Needless to say I was very excited when he opened up his own salon!! I would never trust anyone else do my hair but there are times that Sal can get busy and will have one of the other stylists do my hair. Every single person in this salon is fantastic and I would trust any one of them with my hair. The ambience is so classy and relaxing… I just love it there and can literally spend the whole day there. I even drive over 45 miles just to come and get my hair done. I LOVE LAVISH!!

First time there called made appointment I explained that I wear my hair short and did she have a stylist who specialized in short hair she said yes and booked my appointment . Got to hair salon stylist called me back it did not take long to realize she was not good at short haircuts when she finished I looked like someone put a bowl on my head and cut it she went and got another stylist who showed her how to cut my hair with the razor to give it more texture over all my hair looks terrible good thing hair grows! I will not be returning the hair cut was 46.00 my hair was damp and un styles when I left If you wanna charge that much you should at least have a stylist that is experienced .
