I have been coming here for over a year now & I normally bring my younger teenage daughter and we usually have a great time together. I always go to Michelle & I never have any issues bc she just always knows and does a great job! Between mine & whatever my daughter “decides at the time”, I spend a good amount there and tip very well also-every 2-3 weeks at that!! HOWEVER, as a working mom who works in Optical, I work between O.D.’s & patients, as well as customers with outside Rx’s—I’ve literally worked in some “Customer Service” all my life. SO, the cause for this review is; I work on Saturday’s I had my daughter call to schedule her and myself an opening for yesterday (early in the day so we would be sure to get in, but that I’d be able to see the same person I like) due to my being at work & my daughter calling, the guy would Not schedule us bc my daughter didn’t know the name of who “I” go to! This place is not huge, she explained to the guy I always go to the lady who literally is the only one that sits at the desk on the LEFT directly by the first pedicure station that also is the only desk that faces towards the middle of the store. Clearly, I’m a frequent customer to the point my daughter explained we go there every two weeks together & my nail tech even knows what color wine I like before I even sit down, still to no avail- and normally when I call we always are able to get in. However, the guy would Not only put us down, when we went after I got off work just to maybe catch an opening (yes I know Saturday’s are busy) but the same guy told me when I walked in my nail tech was fully booked if I could come back tomorrow (today) she’d have a opening! She also knows me so much that she knew I have a GM conference out of state this coming week and knew I’d need my nails done before as I have a literal “Masquerade Ball” to attend! SO-I called first thing when they opened this morning at straight up 11:00am and SAME GUY said “Oh she booked already”!!!! Um-Ok really? I spend anywhere from 120-150 every 2-3wks for my daughter and my same black acrylics w/just a ring finger or design, and this guy just made a really good and sweet nail tech lose out on good a paying customer, due to his Lack of Customer Service!!!

Rude staff who did my manicure. Too much chatting of the staffs language made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, the overall experience was just ok. I may not go back, will keep looking for better option.

I asked for NexGen and the lady did a different dip. I told her she didn’t get the edges but she told me she’d fix it. When done, I asked her why she didn’t fix the edges and she said you’re not supposed to. I told her, I’ve had it before and need the edges done. She told me this is how she does it. It looks like a tacky job and now I’ll have to pay to have them removed and redone. The nails are already coming off and look like I’ve had them for a week. She did a good job on my pedicure but not so with painting my toenails either. Disappointed and lost my money too. Very kind and friendly people. Disappointed in their work.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost two decades. They do great work! Super relaxing atmosphere. They DO have a restroom for clients. I’ve used it many times. Not sure where the other reviewer got that info. Manicure, Nail art, Waxing, Pedicure
