I LOVE this salon. It is incredibly luxurious and clean, I feel like they operate at a very high standard. I brought my family in the salon during my wedding and they loved it so much. Diana did my wedding nails and I received so many compliments. I also got a facial waxing for the first time and It really transformed my face. She also did my eyelashes and when I looked in the mirror after that I cried because I really felt beautiful and happy that I took some time for myself, love this salon, it’s owners and it’s the only place in Livermore/Pleasanton I will recommend or visit. I have been to some other salons with some not so nice people.

I just want to say that the staff was nice and I like the services offered. Great place for nails. However, not such a great experience with my lash technician, my right eye was very irritated during 1-2hour process and has remained after more than 24 hours. I received no aftercare instructions. You cant trust everyone with your organs. I pray my eye heals soon…..☹

this place is pretty and it’s nice that they offer drinks, but aside from that, a lot is off here. I’m not sure how there are so many positive reviews, perhaps their other services are good, or this was an off day/experience, but I can only say what I saw and paid for, so: for a start, what looked to be a supervisor, an older man, was very overbearing with both staff and customers, made unhelpful critiques both of his staff as they worked and of customers who complained about their services, made issues for his nail techs, and didn’t seem to offer them much help when things went wrong. He made inappropriate jokes, very indiscreetly upsold simple services, and socialized more than he seemed to work. I witnessed him tell a customer they were wrong to be dissatisfied with their nails, which did not look good, and that it didn’t matter and she still had to pay – all while her mother sat by distraught and close to tears. meanwhile, my own manicure was… not good. I really liked my nail tech, she was incredibly sweet and I tipped her almost 50% for her effort (and since I will not be back) but the manicure still turned out wonky. to start with the dipping powder I asked for was clearly mislabeled and so the dipping powder that was actually applied was very obviously a different color – this would have been completely fine with me if the manicure looked nice, but instead the powder was so unevenly and poorly applied the color is not solid and my nail beds look wavy from the side; the shape I wanted was completely out the window even with many examples and each nail’s shape is different from one another even after many corrections, and many of them are not straight. none of this is to mention the fact that I had to finally accept the THIRD design I didn’t like for fear of my tech being berated by this supervisor if I asked her to try one more time. I have never received such a poor manicure for so much money, in such an otherwise lovely environment. If I could afford to have it redone I would, instead I have spent the last 24 hours trying to reshape them myself since I can’t. be warned.

These are the owners of Magical Nail in Tracy. Calvin and Diana have done a fabulous job opening a luxurious second shop in Livermore that gives you the full Queen treatment. Elegant decor, relaxing atmosphere, delicious delights (drinks & snacks), and excellent customer service to make sure you get what you want. I even got my glow in the dark powder in many colors!! Definitely worth it!

Lavish Nails never disappoints. I have been a client of the owners, Diane and Calvin for over 20+ years, following them from their salon in Tracy to their beautiful salon in Livermore. Lavish Nails has outdone themselves with the gorgeous surroundings, respectful and accommodating staff, wide range of services, and just an overall relaxing experience. Today I visited Lavish Nails for the first time and was amazed at the level of service, the overall environment and the staff. Everything was clean and safe with extra COVID precautionary plexi dividers between chairs. I have been going to Diane and Calvin for over ten years in Tracy at Magical Nails and when they announced they were opening Lavish in Livermore I was excited. I was pampered by Sarah, Michelle and Diane and I was happy with the attention and interest they took in me and my mom, making sure we were completely comfortable as we got pedicures, manicures and even a facial wax. I will definitely be coming back next month for my next pedi.

My friend took me in for mani/pedis. They seemed friendly at first, until they found out we didnt want all the fancy upgrades. I have never been more rushed out of a place in my life. They pretended not to understand when we told them the nail color was not the color we picked out. I attempted to converse with the nail technician, who would not not make eye contact or speak with me, but spoke with all the technicians in way that seemed to say, let’s make them feel uncomfortable, give them poor service, do not clip her toenails, leave the fingernails snaggy, so she will have to file them smooth at home. After my friend paid for us both and gave the standard 15% tip, which was generous considering the awkwardness of the situation, and the rushed and lackluster service, the cashier made a big point of staring at the receipt for a long time before handing it over. Come to find out, when my friend checked her bank statement, they CHANGED THE TIP AMOUNT. Illegal as hell. Dont go there, there are many other nail salons that will give you better service, and not commit fraud while doing it.
