This was my first visit but I absolutely love this place! I was nervous about not being able to make an appointment, but the wait wasn’t long at all. I felt more welcome here than I have in any other nail salon I’ve ever been to. One of the guys did my nails, I think his name was Mike, and he did a fantastic job! I showed him a picture and he knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so friendly and really made you feel comfortable. I was advised of the pricing before starting to make sure I was comfortable with the price of what I was asking for, which I appreciated. It did get busy after I sat down, but I did not feel rushed whatsoever. Mike made sure I loved my nails every step of the way and really took his time. I will definitely be returning!

I stopped by this nail shop after reading the reviews. Everyone welcomed me and made me feel comfortable while getting my nails done. I’ve never seen so much talent at one nail shop. They are not just nail techs, but they are artists. They were talented, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be returning when I visit Hattiesburg, MS again. Great CLEAN environment!!!

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous & you can’t make an appointment. Some of the staff is friendly & welcoming while others make you feel unwelcome. Presley is my favorite & her work is SUPERIOR! The co-owner Kim (she’s usually in the 2nd chair from the door) is very rude! I don’t think she likes black ppl. She used to work at the nail salon Serenity in the plaza by Chick-fil-A & she was the same way. Always heard bad things abt her so beware!!!

Wow what an incredible team! It was my first time there for a mani/pedi and not only was that service fabulous, but a tornado warning went into effect while I was there and the whole team was SO nice and made me feel so comfortable as we all figured out the best time to go home!! Lovely lovely people 10/10 will be back again under hopefully less dangerous conditions 🙂

Loved this salon. Great at artwork but when I asked for a new set they gave me a hard time and told me I didn’t need one even though I was missing 3 nails. Eventually I got a new set. The artwork was amazing but my nails popped off within a week and I spent 100 on them which I never do but I needed them done. My nails usually last two to three weeks at my other salon. I probably won’t be going back unless I want a very decorative set. I wish I loved it more.

I work nearby so going to Lavish is very convenient. All I could complain about is the parking. But their work and friendly atmosphere makes looking for a parking space nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend. And they have the best nail artists around. I can literally look at someone nails and say “you must have went to lavish”, lol!!!!!

Very long wait and over priced. After a 2 hour wait, I was finally seated. The actual nail experience seemed very rushed. I didn’t like the jagged shape of the tips and nicely asked if we could please shape them up more and she snapped at me like she was offended. Then after I gave her the polish I wanted she proceeded to use gel instead. They charged extra for gel I did not want and extra for length and shape yet my nails were extremely crooked and not long at all.. I would have corrected or asked the lady about the gel, but I was too afraid I would offend her again.
