Extremely rushed I walked in for a 30min massage, was rushed into the room, didn’t even close the door for me to strip and get under the towel. Massage felt so rushed I was more concerned about myself not getting ripped by the pressure without lotion then relaxing. And all that took was 20min from start to end. Probably was only a 15min massage and that’s with her leaving the room twice.

The massage was good, different as I’ve never been so uncovered and exposed with a massage, BUT pressure and relief were good. I didn’t like how they keep leaving the room to answer front desk/door. The hot stones & the foot massage was my favorites. I did a 90 minute combo. I’d like the option for 3 1/2 stars!

Horrible!! me and my mother both got a massage at the same time and it seems like we were in different places mine felt like nothing at all and she kept leaving. my mother had an ok experience with her lady but she was a little too rough when walking on her which in retrospect is what I wanted so maybe if we switched it would have been a little bit better. Both wemon were nice but it is also more expensive than the website says it’s more than a dollar a minute. Won’t go back plenty of better places

I say mostly great because I didn’t like being punched in the back. The least expensive option was a full body massage, $45 for 30 minutes. They will ask you for a tip, then tell you “bigger tip next time”. I think that’s very unprofessional. I believe this place takes advantage of their customers, in a bad way. The reason for the 1 star review is due to what I’d call “shady business practices”. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. Just being honest here. I won’t come back or change my 1 star rating because that one little thing ruined it all for me. I would have forgiven the fact I was punched in the back cuz I’m actually a really nice guy. I was asked to prepay for a 90 minute massage. Upon the completion of an ok at best massage, I was asked for a tip, to which I gave $6; a reflection of service. The gal became upset and tried demanding at minimum $10. I won’t be going back and reccomend Bali Foot Spa in the Cascade Mall.

I have massage (deep tissue) training myself. I also have stiffness and chronic pain associated with two total hip replacements. That said, I wasn’t looking for a relaxing massage. I challenged one of the massage workers to meet my needs. The physical Therapist’s I’d seen did not even come close to getting the results in increased range of motion that I have now attained from several treatments here ! Not for the faint of heart, but for a real desire to heal, and compare what I’d pay for ‘medical’ treatment. I’d add, tipping is customary for massage and spa treatments, show some appreciation. Also if you have eroticism in mind, wrong place, go elsewhere, this is for health and relaxation.

I found this Spa to have easy parking. I was greeted by friendly Masseus at the door. They offer foot or/and body massage. The atmosphere is soft lights and soothing music, the massage tables are clean and comfortable. One massage will convince you that you will be back.

Is it Mandatory to tip. I was forced to and they got mad that I didn’t want to. I asked what the Minimum was and they said $10-20..That was my only problem other then that they did massage great; they had there own little privet rooms wich I liked..is it Mandatory to tip. If they come to my job I am going to tell them it’s mandatory to tip me.LOL
