Diesel Barbershop is the modern-day version of the vintage corner barbershop and appeals to what today’s men and boys want in a haircut experience. It offers a more masculine atmosphere with a no drama, no gossip attitude and barbers and stylists who are exceptionally trained and talented. They know how to cut a good head of hair, as well as give amazing customer service. We are a refreshing sanctuary for guys: part barbershop, part salon, and part arcade. Our customers can watch sports, play video games, listen to music, shoot the breeze, and enjoy a cold beverage-all while getting a haircut, trim, shave, scalp massage or brow wax.

Booked me into their only opening on the same day but it was no rush. They were very relaxed and talented while being absolutely booked. Skills were impressive and while knowing I was from out of town; they still took their time and gave excellent service. I apologize to the barber as I never remember anyone’s names but I say thank you. She was great!

I have been going to this Diesel location for a while now. Everybody has been very nice, professional and done great work. My only problem is every barber/stylist that has worked on me has done a great job, so I can never pick a favorite to go back to, so I just book my appointments and am happy with whoever is available! 5 star service every time!

I’m new to San Antonio and was looking for a barbershop to suit my needs. Gave Diesel a shot and have not been disappointed thus far. The over all service is great and staff is all friendly. My barber in particular did an awesome job the first time around and I have not stopped going to her since then! Marisela is a great barber and is very kind and very very detail oriented. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed as you should while getting a haircut. I couldn’t recommend her enough! If you need a great looking haircut Marisela is the best person for it!

Their starting price is $40 and that’s for the BARE MINIMUM. Literally just a basic haircut. I called other barbershops with the same services offered and they were $20-$35. Their prices are ridiculous, if you want extra services expect $70-$100 charged.

I never come into these type barber shops but today I needed a cut and was around the corner of house plus my barber was out of town. Toxic work environment as well as Britt micromanaging and doing her own evaluations., both managers Britt and Joseph don’t even follow their own rules they enforce and they don’t even do their own duties and leave their work station dirty. Upper management is lazy . The receptionist is rude and always told me why I still wear my mask harassing me. They don’t keep their word on anything . Oh and they lie and talk about everyone in the shop! Everyone ! Gabby, and Joseph and Britt are the worst ones . Stay far away from this shop! They are very unprofessional here .
