My mom and I used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, within the last year or so, the experience has completely gone downhill. They overbook appointments and take every walk-in, so you are typically forced to wait over a half hour after your appointment time and then you are rushed in and out. The atmosphere has become noisy and anything but relaxing (mostly from other customers not being respectful). We have started going elsewhere for our nail appointments and unfortunately will no longer be returning here after giving it too many second chances.

The staff is quite nice and the wait for walk in services is not long. I would like a bit longer massage time when I purchase the spa treatment though. I also never get offered a back massage while my nails dry. Unfortunately, it does effect how much I tip.

The first time I went to the salon was awesome. I had a great manicure and pedicure. The tech was a young woman and she really paid attention to detail, was friendly and efficient. After I was done, I couldn’t wait to make appointment for my next visit. The next time around I didn’t even receive a service! I booked the appointment for 12:00, arrived at 11:55, told them I had a 12:00 appointment and was still waiting at 12:30 when one one of the male techs told me it was going to be another 1/2 hour. I told him twice that I had a 12:00 appointment to which he shrugged his shoulders and said 1/2 hour, at least. I couldn’t believe that it was going to be an hour or more from the original appointment time. I left and haven’t been back. I recommended them to family and friends prior to the last experience, but have since told people to not waste your time.

Just got my nails done and my experience was nothing great. Nail color was nice. The guy who did my nails was decent. He left me at the drying spot. I saw him take a smoke break and then disappeared until he wanted payment. His colleague brought her customer over to dry her nails and in front of me offered her a shoulder rub. Then she pressed me to tip my guy when he , in my opinion, did the bare minimum. I tiped him 10%, but didn’t feel the need to.

Denise at Cussin’s is wonderful! Her skill level is incredible and she’s very gentle with your hands (I work with my hands, so having a relaxing, gentile spa day is important to me!) She’s also very nice and great to talk to – will be back!

Was so bad would not recommend!!!! I went today to get eyelash extensions done, the women who did them made my eyelashes glued together to the point where I couldn’t even open my eyes. She started yelling at me to open my eyes but I really couldn’t and then said that it wasn’t her fault that my lashes got glued together… she didn’t even take all of the lashes off when I asked her to, there’s still glue on my lashes.

I’m new to the area so I’ve been searching for a close nail salon and this one is three minutes from me! My nails look great. I knit while I got my toes done and it was wonderful. They are very quiet, I like that I don’t want to force small talk, but I could tell they are the group of people who get to know you and take care of you. Thanks see you in two weeks!
