I went to Lavender nails before my wedding / honeymoon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and as of today, over THREE weeks later my nails and toes are perfect. Always happy with my nails, have tried other places in the area and no one is as clean and reliable as Lavender Nails. I have had good experiences with almost everyone there but if you are looking for creative nails I recommend Yoyo, she’s awesome!

UPDATE: I just discovered the real problem: These are not GEL NAILS (see pics below)!! I sat there and went through the whole curing process and they used regular polish and charged me for gel nails!!! No wonder they were peeling after a few days!! Regular polish never stays on me at all. I can peel these right off! Wow! I’m so beyond disappointed! Whether they did it in error or not, they should have considered that something was wrong and addressed it rather than turning me away without investigating. And to boot, the owner insults me and is rude!! This is wrong on so many levels!

Wish i could give this a negative review. I will never go back to this salon. I got my nails done on a Thursday and by Sunday 2 were cracked. I went to go get them repaired and the owner, Giselle, told me it was my fault and had to pay $5 each nail. She told me if it was her staffs fault “all my nails would be chipped.” And now 3 more of my nails chipped 2 days later and I called before I wasted my time going in there. The owner or manager or whatever texted me and sent me a screenshot of my Yelp review followed by a picture she took of my nails. Let me remind you that she said, “if it was my staffs fault, all your nails would be chipping” and here they are, all chipping. I have had my nails done for not even a week. This place is a sad excuse for a nail salon, they are money hungry and desperately need to learn customer service. Save your time and energy, I’d rather have my 3 year old niece do my nails than ever come back to Lavender.

I’ve had different experiences here. Once I went and the tech was very pushy about upselling me, then I got a rushed and mediocre pedicure when I declined. Last time I went, the tech (I think her name was Melody) gave me a wonderful pedicure and 10 min back massage. The pedicure was great, but the back massage was to die for!

My friends and I went and we had not many good things to say about this place. The nails came out ok and they were extremely rude. My friend has mental health problems and the environment there made her go into an anxiety attack and it made me have anxiety myself. They are extremely expensive and are t worth the price they make you pay. I feel very attacked in there and my friends and i won’t be going back.
