I requested blonde highlights on my burnette hair. Brenda then proceeded to add highlights and lowlights. I informed her I didn’t want to go darker on my hair to which she responded with a plea asking me if she could use the lowlight color since she had already mixed up the product. I never get my hair done, so I responded inquiring if my hair would turn out like the picture I had shown her, to which she confidently answered yes. So I let her do her thing.
