I’ve been seeing Janell for a LONG time now. I absolutely love her and she is SO good at what she does! Normally I’d be too shy to be so public about this but you guys, you should know that she is the most painless Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and I’ve seen so many different people in and outside of Juneau. The quality of her wax is amazing and she is sooooo thorough! Even though it’s not the most pleasant service, she makes it pleasant by just by being herself. I was shocked at the couple negative reviews because Janell gives amazing skin advice and is so knowledgeable. Maybe someone was just offended by her advice? No clue but please just try her awesome business for yourself and form your own opinions.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRun far away from this place, they are unprofessional and my lashes broke off after going there. I went in for a $100 fill of lash extensions and they charged me almost $300. The older lady with white hair did not ask me if it was ok to remove my old lashes and put on a whole new set. She also said, “I’m giving you this lash cleanser” and then proceeded to charge me for it at the end. They are sneaky and lack ethics (they don’t let you know that they just switched from a $100 fill to a $300 new set). The harshness of whatever they did to remove my old lashes resulted in the breakage of my real lashes.
