Wow! Where did these other people go? Sierra is amazing! I recently moved from CA and had a terrible set of lashes on. I was in a rush. Not only did she fit me in, she fixed my lashes, and gave me the groupon rate. My lashes were GORGEOUS. She has the before and after pictures to prove it. In all the years I’ve had my lashes done, they have never looked so beautiful and natural.No one but Sierra will ever do my lashes again. Plus, she’s so nice. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations when I am there. And no matter what lash crisis or last minute event I have, she is right there to save the day! Please, see Sierra!. Trust me! I’ve been going to Sierra for a while now and she always takes care of me. She does a great job! I get lots of compliments on my lashes . After trying several other lash places her prices are very reasonable. She is very professional and I will continue to use her services.

I scheduled an appointment with Sierra but when I showed up there was no one there and the building was locked with the lights off. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail and text and a few hours later I still haven’t received a reply. I ended up sitting waiting outside for over a half hour before I finally left because I didn’t want to be waiting all day. I had seen the mixed reviews prior to going but I tried to go in with an open mind and give the benefit of the doubt, but I have to admit I was pretty disappointed when she didn’t show or answer any communication.

I can’t genuinely give her a one star rating because I never got to experience her services. Like the other ratings warn, my appointment was greeted with a no call, no show, and no answering of phone calls when the time came. The studio was closed and locked up. I arrived early and waited fifteen minutes after our scheduled time, all while calling her phone.

Do not come here!!! Sierra cancelled my appointment 20 min before when i had driven 40 min already and was almost there. She then rescheduled me for the following day at 8am and no showed me!!! I have reported her to groupon but do not waste your time on this poorly run, unprofessional “business”!!

If I could give this negative stars I would! I made an appointment with Sierra on a Saturday. When I got there, it wasn’t even open. I waited around for 15 minutes as well as called and texted her and no response. I drove out of my way and no heads up or a phone call?! Still have not heard back from her. Lol! Seriously, do not waste your time here! Worst customer service at it’s finest!!!

TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. This women is absolutely terrible. She will not show up for your appointment …with NO explanation or apology. She literally missed half of our scheduled appointments and I drove 45 minutes to get there. She doesn’t even do a good job on the service she provides, if you can get her to provide what you paid for. Her business should be shut down. Absolutely unacceptable.

Although I never actually got to experience my experience at Blowout hair studio, the unprofessional service I got while trying to schedule an eyelash extension appointment was enough to convince me I wouldn’t be coming back. The appointment I managed to schedule was at 10 am on a Tuesday and I got there 10 mins early, only to find the salon closed, I waited for an entire hour and tried calling probably about 7 times, without getting a hold of anyone; and so I left.
