She told me it was my fault because my hair was shorter on side… Then she tried to fix it but the end result was so bad that I have to go get it fixed somewhere else.

Critical: ValueAccording to the web site a senior cut was supposed to be $11. I was charged $16. The beautician did a great job of trimming the rough ends off my shoulder length hair. I stopped going to this salon years ago because what they charge and is advertised even in the salon are different than what a person is actually charged. Critical: QualityI’ve had my hair cut hear a number of times. This will likely be the last time. In August I asked for my hair to be 3.5 inches long all over-which is what I got and it was perfect. Today, I asked for 3.5 inches all overand got 3″ in the front and barely 2″ in the back. I reminded her twice to pay attention to length. Now I’m going into the holidays with my head showing through. Both my girls decided to cut their hair short and one wanted bangs. Well the stylists said they needed to dry their hair to make sure it was even which is fine but they didn’t specify they were going to charge me for the styling. And one of the stylist didn’t even dry my daughter hair all the way. Basically this review is I was nickle and dimed for services I didn’t ask for and the ones I did ask for were for sure half done.
