I was very much looking forward to going to my appointment as the lash tech seems very talented based on the work she post, however I was unable to attend my appointment and when I tried canceling through the system before the 24 hour mark and the system wouldn’t let me. I then tried calling the number listed for the salon and it would go straight to a voicemail box that is full each time. I as well tried calling the day of the appointment with the same result so I sent the salon an email explaining that I was having a difficult time canceling. The salon emailed me back asking what time I tried calling and stated they have a 24 hour cancelation fee, I emailed back saying the time I began calling which was 2 hours after the 24 hour mark (even though I tried through the system before that unsuccessfully). And even sent a very kind email stating I thought she did amazing work and I’m very disappointed that I wouldn’t be able to attend. The salon stopped responding to my emails and charged my card $100 cancelation fee even though it was their systems failure to allow me to cancels fault that it was not before 24 hours and full voicemail box I was unable to speak to anyone. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this salon and I will not be attempting to book an appointment here in the future.

Every time I come to Lash Call Artistry no matter how stressed I am I immediately calm down. The studio is so relaxing. Linds is the sweetest from girl talk to putting me on podcasts to just letting me nap lol. I’ve never left unsatisfied with my lashes. They are always so beautiful. I’m constantly getting compliments on my lashes everywhere I go.
