I purchased a package of Brazilian and underarms treatment. I was not really satisfied of the result of both treated areas. I purchased a maintenance for Brazilian and completed the 3 treatments. LaserAway did not work. After 8 treatments I can barely tell the difference. I have light skin and dark hair so I fit their ideal candidate. Every session I would tell the nurse I was not seeing much improvement but was told to “trust the process”. It has been 3 months since my last session and I still have to shave all the time. I was really hoping this treatment would work as I spent a lot of money on it, but I feel like I need another 8 treatments.

My session was quick and easy. I have to say, I really loved the customer service prior to my visit. We spoke on the phone and I was given all the prep instructions and was advised to get numbing cream for the tattoo removal first visit. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was so kind and cheerful. Very refreshing since I didn’t know what to expect and i was a little nervous. The appointment itself was around 7 mins… i was out the door !!! I’d have people tell me that tattoo removal in so painful, but it wasn’t bad at all. It felt like a couple seconds of a rubber band stinging you. For about 15 mins afterwards, it did feel a little uncomfortable, but nothing crippling. That sensation subsided and it was as if nothing happened. I loved my nurse. She was fun, honest, and sweet. I’m glad I chose LaserAway.
